Nowadays, as technology keeps rising, many of the violators, such as intellectual property violators, have a lot of different uses in keeping their skills in terms of violating someone. With that, a lot of reports in the government say that their property has been violated. Based on the recent report by Janina Lim (2020), most of the 79 violators targeted social media platforms, especially Facebook. With this, the government in the Intellectual Property Rights Enforcement Office (IEO) and the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL) have been keeping this violation low as much as possible. The people, somehow, or the users on different platforms, must be at least aware of this intellectual property violator to prevent them from violating their intellectual property. With that, they must know or be aware that their intellectual property could be stolen at any time by this violator. As for the governments that are trying their best to overcome this king of reports.
